AksuBeats is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. No user account is required to listen or download.

Audience measurement
No audience-measurement service is currently active. The website is hosted on OVH, but self-hosted Umami will remain disabled until the production domain and analytics configuration are validated. This notice will be updated before analytics are activated.
Server logs
Technical logs may include an IP address, requested URL, date, browser identifier and response status. They are used for security, incident investigation and reliable delivery, then deleted or anonymized after six months.
Downloads and external services
WAV files are delivered from infrastructure operated for AksuBeats. YouTube embeds use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain; YouTube may process information when you start a video or follow a link. PayPal processes information only when you choose to follow the donation link.
If you contact us, your message is handled through Google/Gmail. Correspondence is normally retained for up to three years after the last contact unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing. Contact us at contact@aksubeats.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
