AksuBeats Free License

A simple worldwide license for creators: use the music free of charge, including commercially, provided that you credit AksuBeats and respect the restrictions below.

1. License grant

AksuBeats grants you a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, reproduce, synchronize, edit, cut, loop, mix and adapt an AksuBeats track as part of a larger creative project.

This includes personal and commercial projects, monetized videos, films, livestreams, podcasts, social-media content, events, games, presentations and advertising.

This license is irrevocable for as long as you comply with its terms. Once you have lawfully downloaded a track, your permission to use it in projects published while you were compliant will not be withdrawn.

2. Required credit

You must provide a reasonably visible credit wherever the project is published or presented:

For video content, include it in the description or on-screen credits. For podcasts, films, events or games, include it in the description, credits field, program or published credits where reasonably possible.

3. What is not allowed

Selling, sublicensing or redistributing a track as a standalone audio file, music pack, library item or substantially equivalent product.
Claiming authorship, copyright ownership or exclusive rights over an AksuBeats track.
Registering a track — or a project containing it — with YouTube Content ID or any similar automated rights-management system.
Using the AksuBeats name or logo in a way that implies sponsorship or endorsement.
Using the music in unlawful, defamatory or deceptive content.

4. Ownership

The music and master recordings remain the property of their respective rights holder. This license gives permission to use the music; it does not transfer ownership.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically only if you breach its terms. If the breach can be corrected (for example, a missing credit), your permission is restored when you fix it within 30 days of becoming aware of it. Content ID registration and deliberate resale may require immediate removal.

Projects lawfully published before a corrected breach remain covered.

6. No warranty and liability

The music is provided “as is”, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. AksuBeats is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in this license excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
